Welcome to Next Tech Vision ! By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
1.Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Next Tech Vision (“Company”) to the client (“Client”). By using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by this agreement.
2.Services We Offer
Next Tech Vision provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to:
• Website Development
• Mobile Application Development
• Animation & Video Editing
• Visual Effects (VFX)
• Illustration & Graphic Design
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Vector & Digitizing Services

3.Payment & Project Initiation
• A non-refundable down payment of X% of the total project cost is required before starting any project.
• The remaining balance is due as per the agreed payment
• All invoices must be paid within the due date stated in the invoice.
4.Cancellation & Refund Policy
• If the Client cancels or terminates the project during the production phase or after the production phase is completed, no refunds will be issued.
• If the Client fails to respond to our emails or project-related communications within 10 days after the down payment, the project may be terminated, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
• In the case of a force majeure event, Next Tech Vision will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.
5.Client Responsibilities
• The Client must provide all required content, materials, and feedback on time to ensure smooth project execution.
• The Client agrees to respond to our communications within a maximum of 10 days. Failure to do so may result in project delays or cancellation without a refund.
• The Client must ensure that all materials submitted to us do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
6.Taxes & Additional Costs
• All applicable taxes, VAT, or other government charges related to invoicing are the sole responsibility of the Client.
• Any third-party services (such as hosting, software licenses, or domain registrations) will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.Intellectual Property Rights
• Upon full payment, the Client receives full rights to the final deliverables.
• Next Tech Vision retains the right to use the completed project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8.Confidentiality Agreement
• Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties.
• This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after project completion.
9.Limitation of Liability
• Next Tech Vision will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
• In any case, our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project
